Our Profiles Service Receives a Makeover
Dear InfoBase Subscribers,
Profiles has been one of the most popular features of the DACIS service. You, our valued subscribers, have placed a premium on having high-interest information sent to your email without having to go search the DACIS site for it.
Today I'm happy to report the first major update to our Profiles service since we launched it five years ago.
The marquee feature of the new Profiles is a "search-as-you-type" feature. Much like the QuickSEARCH feature which debuted in our FedBizOpps service last year, this capability lets you enter Companies, Programs, and Customers search terms directly into your Profile. Typically you'll need to type just a few characters of a search term before you're able to select it from a pull-down menu of options. From there it will drop directly into your Profile.
Try it... we think you'll like it.
And we hope you like the polished new look of our Profiles page. This is another step forward on the redesign of the DACIS site. Other changes will be rolling out during the coming month, including a major redesign of our Customers module and the way in which you navigate the entire DACIS site.
As always, we thank you for your subscription. We anticipate providing you with many more improvements to the DACIS service over the next year.
Best regards,

Stuart McCutchan
