To that end, we're excited to announce the hiring of Mr. Bill Burton as our new director of client relations. Bill's main role will be training (i.e., showing you creative ways to get the most from this powerful CI tool).

"What qualifies him for this job?," you may ask. Well, Bill has some history with us. He joined InfoBase in 2000, after a 15-year career as a business developer for defense contractors large and small. As our director of sales/marketing, Bill's background and experience helped to both shape InfoBase's product offering and to drive our growth. Then came a five-year interlude with the then-Documental Solutions LLC (now part of IHS Jane's), where he focused exclusively on training people with jobs like yours on how to use web-based applications. Now, he's back for a second tour of duty with InfoBase. Bill is a unique resource, with infectious enthusiasm for what he does and a deep understanding of the challenges facing industry executives. We couldn't be more pleased to have him with us again.

Of course, as his job title implies, Bill's duties go beyond training. As of today, he is your main resource for customer care. He's available almost every weekday during business hours (8am to 5pm ET), as well as some non-business hours, too.
